collects.

Who is responsible.

This site, dap.solutions, is operated by Dartmouth Advisory Partners Inc., Toronto, Canada.

Brendan Sibeth is accountable for personal information handled through it. Write to bsibeth@dap.solutions.

What we collect.

• Email you send. If you write to bsibeth@dap.solutions, we receive your name, your email address and whatever you choose to include.
• Host and network logs. Vercel hosts the site and Cloudflare sits in front of it. Their systems keep ordinary request logs, such as IP address, page requested, time and browser, to deliver and protect the site.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics. A cookieless script counts traffic. It records the page, referrer, browser, operating system, approximate country and load timings. Cloudflare uses the IP address to derive the country. It does not store it as a visitor record. No cookies are set.

What we do not collect.

• No accounts.
• No forms on this site.
• No mailing list.
• No advertising identifiers or pixels.
• No cross-site trackers.
• No sale or rental of personal information.

Why.

To answer your inquiry. To operate and secure the site. To understand traffic in aggregate.

No other use.

How long.

Inquiry email is kept while the conversation is live. Then it is deleted, or moved into an engagement file if work begins.

DAP does not keep analytics as a profile of any visitor.

Where it is processed.

Vercel (hosting) and Cloudflare (network and analytics) act as service providers to DAP. They may process this data outside Canada, including in the United States.

Access and correction.

Email bsibeth@dap.solutions to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.

You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Visitors in the EEA: email the same address to object to processing or to ask for deletion.

This notice covers dap.solutions.

foundry.dap.solutions and bellwether.dap.solutions are separate properties with their own privacy notes. Where those notes say nothing is stored, that stronger statement governs those tools.
