The DAP Standard
Where the money actually comes from. One classification for everything an institution holds: companies, securities, funds, real assets, tokens, model weights, autonomous agents, derivative contracts, and traded compute.

Legacy codes were built for companies and their securities. Portfolios moved on. Force the new holdings into a single-code scheme and the exposure is misfiled or dropped, and both failures are silent.

What 2026.2 changed
Compute became a traded unit in one additive changeset. Versioned with forward maps: a code, once issued, is never reassigned.
Status: published for review. Not adopted.
Each gate is stated here so the reader can hold DAP to it. Findings that survive review are merged into the next numbered version.
