The Approach

Paid from savings. Never an increase in cost.

Every Dartmouth engagement is structured to pay for itself. Before we build, we measure. After we deploy, we measure again. Verified savings — not new budget — fund the engagement.

The Engagement Model

The four stages of a Dartmouth engagement.

01

Baseline

Every workflow targeted for automation is measured against your current state: hours, headcount cost, cycle time, error rate. Metrics are agreed, documented, and countersigned.
02

Build & Deploy

We engineer, integrate, and deploy inside your environment — your data sovereignty, your security controls. The platform runs alongside the current process until cutover is approved.
03

Verify

Savings are verified against the baseline on a defined cadence — hours returned, reports no longer manually produced, reconciliations no longer manually run. Verification is shared.
04

Transfer

At completion, the capability is handed over in full: source code, documentation, training, operational runbooks. You own it outright. We step away.
The Four Commitments

Four principles. One operating model.

01

Institutional Governance

Continuous compliance enforcement, immutable audit trails, human-in-the-loop gates for every material decision. Architected against the control objectives that PCAOB, CSSF, and OSC examinations test.
02

Permanent Ownership

At engagement completion, all code, models, documentation, and operational tooling transfer to your organization. Your team runs the platform. Your team owns the IP. We leave.
03

Self-Funding Economics

You do not pay from new budget. You pay from verified savings the platform has already produced, measured against a pre-engagement baseline. Your net operating cost never rises.
04

Policy Sovereignty

Your investment policy, your compliance manual, your risk framework — read by the platform in your own language and compiled directly into how the platform operates. No translation tax. No vendor data model. Your policy is the configuration.
The Implementation Tax

"You earn your fees by delivering performance. Why is your software stack still paid for in advance, regardless of outcome? At Dartmouth Advisory Partners, we hold ourselves to the same standard our clients are held to — paid from results, never ahead of them."

Legacy institutional platforms charge twice. They charge for the license. Then they charge — directly or through partner consultancies — for the multi-month implementation that translates your policy, your risk framework, and your governance documents into their proprietary data model. Dartmouth platforms read your policy in your language and compile it directly into operating configuration. No translation step. No second invoice when your policy evolves.
